Justice ,Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion

Recognizing the importance of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) in all forms, we take great care to ensure that all of your constituents feel welcome and valued throughout our work together. We recognize that JEDI is a long-term journey that is never complete, and one that requires openness as well as awareness and a willingness to meet organizations and communities where they are, while striving to improve. While we are organizational strategists, not JEDI consultants, over the past six years we have regularly facilitated conversations on these topics as part of strategic planning engagements. We welcome the opportunity to continue to learn alongside you, no matter where you are in your JEDI and anti-racism journey.
